Register your Details
JCJourneys collects your e-mail address and other information when you register on our Web site to receive our newsletter.
Give reservation Information
JCJourneys collects the full name and contact number for a traveler when a travel reservation is made. We may also collect information about each traveler's preferences, including meal requests, seat selection, frequent flyer/hotel/car rental programs and
membership numbers, and ticketing options. This information is stored on the clients database on JCJourneys’ network.
When someone is accompanying you on travel purchased through JCJourneys, we may collect PII and travel preferences about that individual. You should obtain the consent of other individuals prior to providing JCJourneys with their full names, contact numbers, e-mail addresses and travel preferences, as they will be unable to access the information you provide on their behalf.
Travel purchase information
JCJourneys collects the billing address of the client when travel is purchased. We will also collect credit card information, including card number, card type, cardholder name, and expiration date, in order to bill you for travel purchased through JCJourneys. We are committed to securing this information.
JCJourneys may offer our clients, enquirers and website visitors an opportunity to participate in surveys regarding their experience with us. For our clients, we may also send these surveys via e-mail. You are under no obligation to respond to any survey and you may unsubscribe from receiving these e-mail surveys by following the unsubscribe instructions in any e-mail survey you receive. Information collected by JCJourneys when you participate in a survey may include your full name, e-mail address and street address.

Register to receive a JCJourneys Newsletter
When you sign up to receive a JCJourneys newsletter, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail and the Newsletter will follow at regular intervals.
Each time you purchase travel through JCJourneys, or change or cancel a confirmed travel reservation, you will receive confirmation of your travel itinerary and various other documents to facilitate that holiday. In the event that your travel plans are disrupted because of mechanical, weather, or carrier business conditions, JCJourneys may contact you to inform you of these disruptions and help you make alternative travel arrangements.
Post a reply card to JCJourneys requesting information
Each time you contact JCJourneys, requesting information, that information will be sent to you, together with any other information that we feel may be of use. This may be at a later date and will continue until that time that you request such provision of information to cease.
You have the option of sending an e-mail to JCJourneys requesting a change to the information you provided to us or to receive a copy of the information we have stored during the length of the competition. We will make every reasonable effort to honor your wishes. Proof of identity is required.
