Chalet Floralie, St Martin de Belleville, French Alps (Sleeps 16 + 2)

Situated in one of the great Alpine secrets, St Martin de Belleville, this unspoilt Savoyard village is within the largest ski area in Europe. The slopes are within easy walking distance and Chalet Floralie is situated just 50m from the high-speed lift that will take you to the heart of the Trois Vallées. 

Chalet Floralie is an extremely spacious luxury ski lodge that can accommodate up to 18 guests when both the chalet and penthouse suite are occupied. There are eight beautiful individually furnished bedrooms in total, each with an en suite bath or shower room. There are many cosy areas where you can chill out - from the new well-stocked library with Internet access to the hall sitting area with its open fireplace. The vast open plan sitting room, with its floor to ceiling windows and spectacular views of the surrounding Alps, allows large groups to enjoy evenings in comfort, relaxing to the fantastic surround sound of the entertainment system. Alternatively, guests can challenge each other to a card or board game or settle down to read or watch the TV. 

On the lower floor, the newly created Wellness Suite offers a sauna, shower and jacuzzi for relaxation and indulgence. Next door to the Wellness Suite is a new Games Room – perfect for children and adults alike to enjoy board games or to just chill out and watch a film from the extensive DVD library in the comfortable space.

The Penthouse Suite includes a master bedroom with en suite bathroom and its own sitting room, a second en suite bedroom, a kitchen/diner and impressive views across the Alps. With its own entrance, or using the internal staircase, the Penthouse suite offers additional, flexible accommodation for a larger group.

Lit by candlelight in the evening, the wood panelled dining room at Chalet Floralie has a friendly, relaxed atmosphere. This lends itself perfectly to the delicious food that is created by our Chef. Excellent breakfasts and sumptuous afternoon teas are available each day. When returning to the Chalet after a day of skiing you will be welcomed back by our staff and offered an afternoon tea of fresh sandwiches and homemade cake before you settle down to the many activities available.

In the evening, you can enjoy thoughtfully prepared wholesome meals accompanied by carefully selected house wines and finished with delicious local cheeses and coffee. Complimentary soft drinks are available and children’s suppers are also available on request. On the Chef’s night off we will help you arrange dinner in any of Saint Martin de Belleville’s fine restaurants, ranging from the Michelin starred La Bouite to La Voute pizzeria.
