Exquisite cuisine, thoughtfully and tastefully designed rooms, colourful gardens and excellent service are all found at the Hacienda. Situated south of Seville in the heart of the Andalucian plains, over 200 years old and until 30 years ago, used as a ‘Molino’ for olive oil production, the residence is surrounded by acres of farmland and enjoys a peace and tranquility all of its own.

The bougainvillea-filled courtyard acts as centre stage to eleven duplex designed bedrooms. All the rooms are individually decorated by Kuky Mora-Figueroa, using fabrics, antiques and artefacts of her own personal choice. There is a verandah outside each bedroom where breakfast is served.

The restaurant embraces good simple Mediterranean cuisine. The chef produces an outstanding selection of recipes with an emphasis on local seasonal produce. Whenever possible dining is alfresco.
