The resort is composed of three distinct environments – each flowing into the next to ignite the senses: The Palace, Arabian Court and Residence & Spa.
Overlooking the Arabian Gulf, the hotel is a wonderful place of intricate arches, domes and towers, interspersed by courtyards, rich green lawns and immaculate flower beds. Only 20 minutes from Dubai International Airport and Dubai city centre, it is located opposite the prestigious Emirates Golf Club, and is also 20 minutes from the Gold and Spice Souks and the desert. The climate is sub-tropical, with sunny blue skies and high temperatures for most of the year. Rainfall is minimal.

• All Deluxe rooms are sea-facing, with private balcony or garden patio and adorned with ornamental arches, terracotta tiling and custom made furniture.
• The Gold Club rooms have access to an exclusive lounge and reception. • All Deluxe rooms are sea-facing and enjoy vistas of the landscaped gardens, fountains and clear blue waters of the Arabian Gulf. Each room offers a sense of space, with carved arches, colourful mosaics, dramatic artwork and furnishings rich with intricate patterns.
• The Executive suites feature an entrance foyer, dining area with a wooden table for four and credenza, an ornate desk with business centre that offers internet, fax and printing capabilities and guest restrooms.
• The Prince Suites are magnificent at 145m2 and also feature an impressive 25m2 outdoor terrace that offers ‘Majlis’ style seating, a dining table for four people, two ottoman chairs and two sunloungers for private sun bathing. The suites are designed with the finest detailing and reflect the ‘Magic of Arabia’ theme. • Prestige Rooms offer wonderful views of the scented gardens, the private pool deck with its ornate ‘Gazebo’ tents and the Arabian Gulf beyond. All rooms are sea-facing and luxuriously appointed.
• Junior Suites feature impressive wooden King-size beds that overlook the lounge area with a ‘Majlis’ style seating area. The elegant and airy bathrooms are refreshingly light with a slate floor. They feature a wet area with overhead and handheld showers with a marble bench, separate toilet and bidet, individual vanity with under-shelf cupboards and bathtub with handheld shower.
• The spacious Executive Suites offer views of the scented gardens and are designed with the finest detailing. The lounge offer a ‘Majlis’ style seating arrangement with large sofa, marble table and seating for up to seven persons, with an entertainment centre with a 29 inch television with DVD/VCD/CD/Video player, with movies and music available at the resort’s library.
• Garden Villa is discreetly located, with a sea view and is a mere forty steps away from the pristine beach and clear blue waters of the Arabian Gulf. The exclusive Garden Villa features a private driveway entrance and dedicated parking offering total security. The Villa is designed in the spirit of the Orient, reflecting the highly acclaimed Arabian architecture comprising two independent seafacing bedrooms of 70 and 100 m2 respectively. They are separated by the elegant ‘Arabesque’ style lounge, dining room and entertainment area. The Garden Villa has an intimate shaded terrace and private temperature controlled swimming pool with gazebos.

World-class chefs prepare classic cuisines of the Mediterranean, Morocco and the Middle East, with grills and succulent delicacies of the sea served al fresco beachside.

The Roof Top and the Samovar Lobby Lounge add variety and Arabian character to the dining experience.
