Chalet Mistral, Val d'Isere, French Alps (Sleeps 14)

Your chalet manager will act as your personal concierge, organising massages and beauty treatments, and booking the best table for lunch at your favourite restaurant. They even offer to take your shoes to the restaurant and collect your skis so you can have a leisurely late lunch in comfort followed by some shopping in Val d'Isère’s famous boutiques.

Or, if you would like to sample the legendary nightlife, they can organise a members table at Dick’s Tea Bar and a driver to chauffeur you home safely at the end of the evening. Alternatively, spend a cosy evening in your luxury alpine chalet which is stocked with a wide range of wines, beers, and spirits all included in the price of your stay.

Children are very welcome. We can arrange nannies for you to pick the kids up from ski school and take them back up to the chalet for lunch if they aren't skiing in the afternoon. There are sledges, buggies, games, toys and nappies all available in the chalet to while away the afternoons and the children can eat at a specific time and with a more tailored menu if requested in advance.

Dinner in the evening must be the highlight! There is no sign here of the tired set menu plan found in the kitchen of most catered chalets. The chefs are inspirational and passionate about their chosen careers. They take advantage of fresh local produce, creating original dishes which can be tailored to your party’s needs. We will be able to arrange with you prior to your arrival in resort any dietary requirements, healthy options or special occasions.

Chalet Mistral is a light and airy chalet with bright, honey coloured beams creating a warm, friendly atmosphere. The comfortable open plan sitting and dining room has colourful décor and a welcoming open fireplace. Spectacular large picture windows look onto a south facing balcony and guests can indulge in the outdoor hot tub on the sunny terrace.

All the bedrooms are beautifully decorated with en suite bathrooms and most have south facing balconies or terraces. The master bedroom benefits from a double jacuzzi bath and separate shower. For evening entertainment there is a selection of games as well as Satellite TV, DVD, video, telephone and fax.
