Situated in a remote spot on the north-west coast of Mallorca, Sa Terra Rotja is located on a private estate surrounded by hills covered in olive groves with magnificent views to the shimmering Mediterranean beyond from both the house and the pool area.
Designed to the highest of standards, all four double bedrooms are extremely spacious and enjoy excellent en suite bathroom facilities as well as views to the sea and/or mountains. There are also sofabeds in two bedrooms for extra people if required. Each bedroom has its own terrace with table and chairs and views of the sea and mountains. All living areas have their own individual air conditioning. Housekeeping staff are resident in a separate annexe and provide services 6 days a week. They can also help with shopping and laundry.
All meals can be prepared for you and guests can enjoy delicious local dishes made with the freshest ingredients or some guests may wish to cook of their own meals. A barbecue is also available for relaxed dinners on those wonderful balmy Mediterranean evenings.
Inside, furnishings are contemporary, light and elegant whilst outside there are several outdoor seating and eating areas as well as the large heated swimming pool - a magical place to sit and relax with a refreshing drink. There is a tennis court available for the more active and plenty of books and games available for whiling away the days with total ease and relaxation.
Every detail has been thought of to ensure that guests at Sa Terra Rotja can completely unwind and relax. The villa is also a great venue for families with lots of space for children, and the provision of children’s meals and baby-sitting services available. For those wishing to explore this beautiful part of the island, there is a wealth of pretty villages as well as some fabulous restaurants, art galleries and shops and some guests may also like to explore the stunning coastline of Mallorca with its many coves by boat – an unforgettable experience.
Sa Terra Rotja cannot be too highly recommended – exclusive, beautifully appointed and in a fantastic location.
