Villa Rocina is a delightful, Oliver Messel designed, traditional Caribbean home in a perfect beachfront location, overlooking Endeavour Bay. This charming residence has a very homely feel and has been beautifully decorated and furnished. It is a charming two bedroom residence, ideal for honeymooners or as a romantic getaway, yet by including the two bedrooms on the lower level, provides a beautiful, family home.

Built of natural stone and wood, you enter the house directly into the living room on the ground level, which has one bedroom on either side. The doors can be closed off making this ideal for families with smaller children. Leading out from the living room is a delightful, spacious outdoor sitting and dining area, overlooking the lovely infinity pool and sundeck which are a few steps below. There is a poolside dining gazebo for al fresco lunches or enjoying a balmy evening meal. Steps lead down to the lower level with two additional double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, a media room and a small fitness room. 

The beach is accessed from the gardens with just a few steps down to the sea.

Villa Rocina is perfectly positioned for guests who want privacy, yet also to be in walking distance to some local amenities.
