Sa Punta is luxuriously appointed throughout, being a blend of contemporary and traditional Mediterranean design with exposed beam ceilings and terracotta tiled floors. It is a house for all seasons, open log fires in the winter and many different outdoor living areas to enjoy in the summer. Watch the sun come up from your private bedroom terrace, relax by the pool and dine on the terrace overlooking the sea.

The villa has been sympathetically built into the landscape and has beautiful panoramic sea and mountain views. Located along a three kilometre private road, on the North West coast of Mallorca, the estate is approximately 4,000 acres, set in mountains, valleys, pine forests, farmland and five kilometres of coastline. The area is well known for its unspoilt coastline and dramatic mountains, providing numerous opportunities for walking and hiking. Guests are free to enjoy walking on the numerous paths on the estate, among the terraced olive trees or down to the small rock and pebble beach. Whilst wandering around, you may be lucky enough to spot eagles, kestrels, herons and lovely striped woodpeckers.

Sa Punta is fully staffed, with your own chef, waitress and maid, ensuring you can totally relax during your stay. Additional staffing is also available for childcare and security if you wish. In the house, there is a spacious sitting and dining room, both having high beamed ceilings, and tastefully furnished with an eclectic mix of modern and traditional art and treasures. There are five large bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms sleeping a maximum of ten people, and there are also sofabeds in two of the bedrooms for extra people if required. Each bedroom has its own terrace with table and chairs and views of the sea and mountains.

Outside, there is a spacious loggia for dining al fresco and a seating area, ideal for watching the beautiful sunsets with a glass of wine. From the pool, which is surrounded by lawns and a spacious terrace with comfortable sunloungers and umbrellas, you can enjoy fantastic sea and mountain views.

Mallorca is an island of rich cultural heritage. Local traditions are still very important and festivals take place throughout the year. It has a thriving artists' community in Deia and the new contemporary art museum in Palma has received critical acclaim. A popular boating destination with a wide range of watersports to enjoy, there are many opportunities to charter a motor or sailing boat for the day with qualified crew to take charge of the boat – a day spent on the water around the stunning coastline with lunch in a small cove is an unforgettable experience.
