A sweeping, palm tree-lined, approach gives way to a recently converted modern and spacious villa that is Quinta Velha. The property is nestled within a private walled estate of nine hectares, ensuring your total privacy to roam the lawned gardens that extend to over a hectare or relax beside the kidney shaped swimming pool. In the heat of the day, you may choose to relax under one of the many shaded areas provided by various trees including an area of palm trees, laurier, mimosas and pines whose rich fragrances stimulate and delight the senses.

On entry to the villa the sense of space is further heightened by the high wood beamed ceilings and a central atrium letting in an abundance of natural light. Once inside, the delights continue as you cross the traditional Portuguese floors of terracotta tiles into the open plan living and dining areas. Elegant modern and antique furnishings are complimented by various paintings and local artefacts.
