You enter the domaine over a private bridge through an imposing arched entrance, where you will find just ten villas in private and peaceful seclusion. On entering the villa, it is apparent that the emphasis is on luxury, quality and style, with particular attention to the finer details.

| Once through the imposing porch, you find yourself in a pretty Moroccan courtyard garden with a covered gallery on three sides. There is a majestic fountain in the centre and the corners are planted with Phoenix palms, citrus trees and colourful roses. The entrance to the villa from the courtyard is through double cedar doors into a spacious hall, with corridors to the left and right running from one side of the villa to the other with windows onto the courtyard garden.
Throughout the villa you will find plenty of traditional Moroccan features, such as the arched doorways and windows to the eclectic use of local materials in the rich, jewel tones of the rugs, cushions and throws. To your right is a large Sitting room with open fireplace and plenty of comfortable sofas. The covered terrace is furnished with several stylish and attractive cane chairs and tables and the fountain makes a soothing backdrop. The dining room comfortably seats 10 adults, with access to a terrace for dining al fresco under a shady pergola, with herb gardens, fountains and built in barbecue. The well equipped kitchen is of a high standard and has steps leading down to a service courtyard and wine cellar, storage cellar and utility room.

The sleeping accommodation is either on the ground floor of the villa or in the Pavillon, just a step away in the grounds. In the villas are two double bedrooms, a twin bedroom and a single bedroom with a large day bed. All the bedrooms and en suite bathrooms are decorated using the traditional vibrant palette of the area from the colourwashed walls to the bathroom tiles. In front of the entrance is the hall leading upwards to a grand staircase with mood lighting, up to the first floor where the pierced oblong dome above is impressive.
On one side is the Media room with bar and upper terrace with a lovely Moroccan style seating area under a shady pergola, which overlooks the gardens with stunning views of the snow-capped Atlas Mountains, a perfect spot for aperitifs.
The Pavillon would be perfect for a family suite or for older teenagers who want their own space. Just a few steps away from the main house, you will find a large twin bedroom with en suite shower room and two double beds, giving plenty of opportunity for flexible accommodation. There is also a large bedroom with a double and single bed that also has an attractive, domed ceiling. Dar Moulouya is set in its own walled landscaped garden with olive, palm and citrus trees, shrubs and pretty roses. The heated swimming pool has a Jacuzzi pool under a gazebo, with another gazebo providing welcome shade to sit under.
The perfect place to discover Morocco!
