Throughout the house there is a real uncluttered feeling of space and light, largely due to the French windows which line the walls and the beautiful soft furnishings chosen by the owner to complement their Algarve home. The sitting room and master bedroom occupy opposite wings of the house, both having access onto the terraces that surround three sides of the house. The Sitting room is beautifully furnished with south facing views leading on to main patio and pool area through the dual aspect French windows. There is an attractive open fireplace and a new Mclaren music centre. At the front of the house is a pretty loggia, perfect for dining al fresco with a large party of friends, or relaxing on a warm evening in the separate sitting area outdoors.

A large kitchen, fitted with all modern appliances, is equipped to a high standard, with particular attention to the stylish crockery and cutlery. The large dining table located at far end of kitchen will comfortably seat all guests. Spectacular north facing views are to be found through the French windows that lead onto the rear patio.
Leading off the main hall, there are three additional bedrooms to the lovely Master suite, with its marble bathroom, glorious south facing sea views and terrace. The double bedroom with ensuite bathroom has splendid views to the west overlooking the local hills and countryside. The double and twin bedrooms that share a bathroom can work very well as a family suite if you have younger children. The bedrooms on this floor all have ceiling fans.
The accommodation on the lower ground floor would make a great space for teenagers or families with children. There are three bedrooms, two twins and one double/twin sharing a bathroom and a shower room. The playroom has plenty of comfy sofas and is equipped with a large plasma television and DVD/CD player. There are also French windows opening onto a patio area. The whole house is fitted with double-glazed windows and has underfloor heating for the colder months.
The spectacular infinity pool, surrounded by smart sunloungers, is floodlit by night and has magnificent views from the poolside by day. There is also a covered dining area close by, with a large table and plenty of chairs. The house has a well established and mature garden floodlit by night and contains lemon and lime trees, together with many other interesting plants and trees.
The newly built astroturf tennis court, with its high practice wall, is located behind and close to the house. There are two separate entrances with electric gates on each to provide added security, and a covered parking area for three cars.
The Algarve, with its sub-tropical climate, is a fabulous destination to enjoy a relaxing break in Spring, Autumn and Winter, with its lush vegetation and year round floral displays. Sun and high temperatures are in abundance during the Summer.
