HIGHLIGHTS
- Private and secluded beachside villa
- Child-friendly with small private beach
- Swimming pool with stunning views for JUNE 2010
- Light and airy
- Spacious terraces and gardens
- Ideal for extended families or friends
Built in 1976 by Caccia Damonioni, a famous Italian architect, Capo Coda Cavallo is a low roofed, pinky salmon stone property, in keeping with this area of Sardinia. Totally private and away from the more frequented and busier Costa Smeralda, Capo Coda Cavallo has stunning views to the bay and a mere fifty metre sandy path takes one to the private, sandy beach with sun umbrellas and a few sunloungers, with just a few steps taking one into the crystal clear, Sardinian sea. Here is a real haven for all lovers of swimming and watersports and is fabulous for children. The expected addition of a swimming pool for Summer 2010 completes this idyllic location.
