Set amidst 20 hectares of olive groves, cypresses and including its own vineyard, Villa Asimenia perches on the hillside providing uninterrupted views out to sea.
Stroll down from the house to the swimming pool, or continue down to the villa's own stone beach. Or if you prefer, a short walk takes you to a nearby beach at Cala Piccola for which you have exclusive access, with deckchairs, sun umbrellas and even its own restaurant.
The house itself is divided into the main house and annexe. Two bedrooms are on the ground floor, with the main living space occupying the first floor. Here there is a well-equipped kitchen and large sitting/dining room, which is furnished combining traditional and contemporary tastes. An outdoor gazebo provides the perfect setting for dining al fresco and watching the incredible sunsets. The annexe contains three recently restored bedrooms.
