Constantia is the most popular residential area of the Cape Penninsula and sits at the foot of majestic Table Mountain, looking out towards Cape Agulhas and protected from the Atlantic breezes. Nestling here below Chapmans Peak, Constantia is home to a famous wine producing region and enjoys the wonderful climate that this breathtaking setting provides - Cape Point stretches out to the South and the Twelve Apostles dominate the syline around the sweep of False Bay to the East.

Properties that provide both space and privacy are difficult to find in this resticted area  and we are lucky to be able to offer Beaumont Villa which, built along Tuscan-styled lines, sits within extensive lawns, planted and laid out to give a wonderful feeling of openness. The balconies and terraces bring this lovely garden into the house and the large loggia provides the perfect place for dining al fresco. 

Inside, the villa is beautifully decorated and furnished and there is a fantastic games room, on the lower level, for guests’ amusement. All the spacious bedrooms have their own bathrooms en suite and balconies overlooking the pool and gardens. The reception rooms are particularly well-appointed, comprising formal dining room and sitting room, family room and wine celler - essential, here in Constantia - with a stair leading down to the games room where there is a pool table and satellite TV/DVD.
 
The games room leads out to the private tennis court, adjoining the house and there is a trampoline for use in the garden, should one have any surplus energy, before enjoying sundowners overlooking Mitchell’s Plain, as the sun sets on the mountain tops in the distance.
