OVERVIEW

This week long trip to southern Greece follows in the footsteps of St Paul in Corinth, where he wrote the first and second letters to the Thessalonians. During the week the tour will be visiting ancient Corinth, Isthmia – where the Panhellenic Games were held and the harbour town of Kenchreai, where the ancient ruins will be explored. The early Christian sites at Nemea and Epidauros will also be explored. The tours will happen during the day and in the evenings, before supper, the day’s events will be explored further with scripture texts to help imagine and enhance the time St Paul spent in Corinth. The accommodation is at the Kalamaki Beach Hotel with its lovely coastal views and pretty gardens. This pilgrimage is a perfect time to be renewed and refreshed spiritually by the teachings of St Paul in Corinth.
