Join this special pilgrimage to Assisi, the sacred heart of Umbria, and walk in the footsteps of St Francis, St Clare and the modern saint Carlo Acutis. St Clare was the devoted first follower of St Francis and went on to found the Poor Clares, while Carlo Acutis has become a powerful witness to faith for a new generation.

Carlo’s deep love for the Eucharist and his joyful faith continue to touch the hearts of people young and old. His life encourages pilgrims to explore the places that shaped him and to deepen their understanding of St Francis, who in 1224 became the first person to receive the stigmata, the wounds of Christ.

Throughout the pilgrimage, take time to absorb the spiritual peace and natural beauty of Assisi. Through prayer, reflection and shared worship, allow this holy place to renew your faith and draw you closer to God.

Guided tour of the Basilica of St. Francis of Assisi. See the stunning Giotto Frescoes and the tomb of St. Francis.

SANTA MARIA MAGGIORE
Guided visit of St Maria Maggiore, including visit to the tomb of Saint Carlo Acutis.

LA VERNA

Day trip to La Verna, the place St Francis received the stigmata. Here there will be a a Mass, and lunch will be included.

GRECCIO

Day trip to Greccio, the beautiful hilltop town where St Francis created the first Nativity scene in 1223. There will be a Mass here, and lunch will be included.

SAN DAMIANO

Visits to the hermitages of San Damiano and Carceri.

DAILY MASS

This pilgrimage includes daily Mass in beautiful locations.
